Seven Oaks is the administrative headquarters for the Manitoba Renal Program and a site for a comprehensive Kidney Health service.  The hospital has  304 in-patient beds for Family Medicine and Rehabilitation/Geriatrics. Seven Oaks operates several out patient services including , Diagnostic Imaging, Rehabilitation, Oncology, and Geriatric Day Hospital.

Seven Oaks is a longstanding and significant contributor to health promotion, health education and support for chronic disease management and operates the Wellness Institute, Canada’s leading medical fitness facility.  Seven Oaks has two on site family medicine clinics, one a Graduate Teaching Facility affiliated with the University of Manitoba Faculty of Medicine (Kildonan Medical Centre) and the other a private medical clinic, Prairie Trail at the Oaks, which was added when the front entrance was reconstructed  in 2012. Seven Oaks is working to connect hospital and emergency care with with follow-up care by family physicians and rehabilitation and support for self-management at Wellness Institute, all under the same roof.
